As a Team Leader IMC, you will take on the technical, personnel, and organizational responsibility for a nursing team in the Intermediate Care area in a university acute care hospital in Bern. With a workload of 80 to 100 %, you combine clinical leadership with direct responsibility for nursing quality, employee development, and functioning processes in an interdisciplinary acute care area. The permanent position is to be filled immediately or by agreement and is aimed at experienced nursing professionals who do not just understand leadership administratively, but live it actively in clinical daily life. What awaits you in this responsible leadership task • Technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of an IMC nursing team in cooperation with other team leaders • Ensuring high-quality and professional nursing in the IMC area • Participation in quality assurance within Shared Governance structures • Close interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation • Accompanying and supporting employees in change and development processes • Active participation in the further development of nursing processes and organizational structures What you bring with you • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
