Assembly Manager Interior Fit-out / Laboratory Construction (m/f/d)

You know how a construction site runs – and you don't just want to participate, but to lead. In this position, you will take full responsibility for demanding laboratory construction projects: from planning to acceptance. Our client, an established company in Switzerland, needs exactly someone with your experience right now.

Your tasks

Resource planning and instruction of the assembly team on the construction sites
Schedule monitoring and construction inspections directly on-site
Construction meetings and appointment coordination with customers – you are the face of the project
Carry out construction acceptances independently
Close coordination with production, logistics and AVOR for a smooth process

Your profile

Training as a carpenter or comparable experience in interior fit-out
Already active in a similar leadership position – you know the daily business
Resilient, goal-oriented and solution-oriented even when it gets hectic on the construction site
Confident, communicative appearance towards customers and tradespeople
French language skills are an advantage – a plus depending on the deployment region
Driving license category B available
