Tasks ###

• Revision and further development of Risk Appetite Frameworks in the SME insurance business
• Analysis, adaptation and optimization of insurance products in the Property & Casualty area
• Technical support in the assessment and management of insurance risks
• Review and further development of framework and cooperation agreements
• Analysis and optimization of underwriting processes and operational workflows
• Creation of process documentation and work instructions
• Collaboration with various specialist departments and stakeholders to implement strategic and operational initiatives

Profile ###

• Sound professional experience in the Swiss SME insurance business
• Sound experience in underwriting or technical underwriting of property and/or liability insurance (Property & Casualty)
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, risk assessment as well as market and industry standards
• Experience with Risk Appetite Frameworks, product design, limits, deductibles or comparable management instruments
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as experience in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Experience with framework agreements, Facility Agreements or standardized insurance solutions in the SME environment is an advantage
• German and/or French language skills in spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
