Your tasks

• Take on diverse administrative tasks, for example processing customer inquiries, carrying out collection measures and approving installments
• Telephone and direct customer contact, for example at the counter
• Get to know legal basics and dive into the topics of tax collection, debt enforcement and bankruptcy
• Insight and assistance in work preparation as well as insights into tax assessment and finances

Your profile

• Completion of Sekundar- or Realschule with corresponding advanced training class
• Good oral and written expression skills in German and enjoyment of numbers
• Motivated, interested, quick comprehension and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
• Good MS-Office knowledge and mastery of the 10-finger system
