Your tasks at your new employer
You take charge of a client portfolio and develop lasting relationships of trust with strategic interlocutors
You identify and drive growth opportunities on existing accounts, managing the entire sales cycle up to serial production start
You develop commercial offers and conduct contractual negotiations with the strategic clients of the portfolio
You coordinate projects in close collaboration with the R&D, industrialization, quality, production, and supply chain teams to meet milestones and customer requirements
You analyze the market and its competitive environment to identify new opportunities
You qualify new opportunities and participate in the acquisition of new key accounts through prospecting, client meetings, and trade fairs
You offer your new employer
You have technical and/or commercial training, supplemented by field experience in the medical technologies sector
You have proven experience in micromecanics, machining, and/or swiss-turning, as well as in managing complex industrial projects and CRM tools such as Salesforce
You have perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an additional asset
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your sense of negotiation, and your ability to establish a lasting relationship of trust with your interlocutors
