As a specialist, you will actively participate in shaping the spatial and urban development of Kriens. Your versatile area of activity ranges from the ongoing local planning revision to site developments and construction projects at urbanistically significant locations.
These are your tasks
Independent implementation and accompaniment of planning procedures
Coordination of internal and external specialist departments as well as various stakeholders
Representation of the interests of the city of Kriens in exchange with clients and landowners
Preparation of statements, decision bases, reports and motions for political bodies
Processing of spatial planning issues within the framework of the local planning revision and special use planning
What you bring with you
Degree in spatial planning, architecture, geography or comparable subject
Professional experience in zoning planning, spatial development and urban design
Experience and enjoyment in the coordination and management of projects
Structured and independent way of working as well as conceptual thinking
Communication strength and stylish German
Understanding of planning law, socio-spatial, ecological and economic contexts
Sense for political processes and procedures in a public administration
