Your daily life?

As an ASSC at home, you will be required to:

• Perform medico-technical care according to your field of competence
• Participate in the administration and monitoring of treatments
• Perform wound care and monitor the evolution of health status
• Ensure hygiene and comfort care and support in daily activities
• Accompany patients in their movements and promote their autonomy
• Observe, evaluate and transmit changes in health status
• Ensure precise documentation of the care provided
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, relatives and other stakeholders
• And above all: create a relationship of trust with the people being supported.

Home care is also:

Profile ###

What we are looking for

• CFC of Assistant in Community Nursing and Health Care (ASSC)
• A first experience in home care is an asset, but not necessarily indispensable
• Driver's license
• Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills and true sense of listening
• Ability to adapt to different situations and to the needs of patients
• Team spirit despite a daily life mainly in the field.
