Your Task ##

• Main responsibility for customer support from order receipt to product delivery
• Planning and coordination of transport by road, sea, and air
• Creation of all necessary shipping and customs documents
• Processing of letter of credit transactions
• Management and maintenance of master data in the ERP system

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training as well as completed further training in export
• Several years of professional experience in export
• Very good IT user knowledge in MS Office as well as proficient handling of ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, service-oriented, and committed way of working
