We are looking to strengthen our team in Baar (ZG) for a

INTERNAL SALES SERVICE
ASSISTANT

Activity rate: 100 % - Workplace: Baar (ZG) - Start date: Immediately or to be agreed

Gyr Edelmetalle AG is the Swiss leader in the trade of precious metals in small quantities. We offer a wide range of products intended for the goldsmithing trades and jewelry stores.

YOUR MISSION

• Advice and follow-up of French-speaking clientele, from offers to the shipment of semi-finished products, including complaint management
• Management of returns of precious metals to be recycled: reception, weighing with photo, computer entry and customs formalities for shipment to the refinery
• General administrative tasks and correspondence in French
• Practical work in the workshop: cutting (plates, wires, tubes), preparation and packaging of orders - manual work where one gets their hands dirty

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC commercial employee (or equivalent) and mastery of MS Office
• Mastery of French (mother tongue or equivalent) and very good knowledge of German (minimum B2/C1)
• Sense of service, precise working method, autonomous and trustworthy
• Good manual dexterity, practical spirit ("hands-on") and good physical condition
• Authorization to work in Switzerland required
