The Centre works in close collaboration with the Hôpital de Morges and its teams of renowned cardiologists, ensuring comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care.*   In order to strengthen its teams, we are looking for the Centre de Cardiologie Campus Léman for a: Medical Assistant (F/M) at 80-100% Fixed-term contract (CDD) of at least 3 months, starting as soon as possible. YOU POSSESS • A CFC in medical assisting, or a title deemed equivalent. • Skills in radiology and laboratory analyses. • A strong interest in administrative tasks. • Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of routine and exceptional activities. • A good team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility. • Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling. • A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality. • Rigor, attention to detail, and good priority management allowing you to face a constantly evolving activity. • Interpersonal ease allowing for harmonious collaboration with the various medical-care providers. YOUR OBJECTIVES • Ensure the reception and orientation of patient.e.s • Assist the doctor in the smooth running of their consultation • Ensure the management of medical act billing. • Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth functioning of the institution, such as managing emails and schedules. • Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical files • Perform the transmission of medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within adequate timeframes. • Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis. • Manage the telephone switchboard and taking messages. • Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patient-e-s, and assist doctors during specific care. • Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, , stress tests, etc. WE ARE • An institution comprising acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, EMS, medical centers, and walk-in clinics spread across the La Côte region, as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare sector in French-speaking Switzerland. • A care network allowing for many internal transfer opportunities according to the aspirations and development projects of employees. • More than 2000 employees taking care of patients and residents in the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment promoting the realization of projects. • A training company committed to training the next generation, with approximately 80 apprentices in 16 different professions, 200 HES-ES interns, and nearly 300 doctors in training.
