To complete our workforce, we are looking for a Infrastructure reporting coordinator # Goals of the function: \- Responsibility towards the Direction Technique et Infrastructure and the OFT for monitoring the implementation of the four-year financing convention at the maintenance and projects level. \- Support function in the financial monitoring and global planning of the activities of the infrastructure department \- Realization of occasional missions in the form of projects within the framework of the infrastructure department \- Support to project managers in the controlling and monitoring of their service providers \- In the long term: Interfacing with the data management service for Infra indicators Description of tasks and responsibilities \- Help with the drafting and monitoring of the service convention (CP) offer \- Reporting support for monitoring the evolution of the CP \- Participates in specialized OFT sessions \- Participates in the monthly projects and maintenance meeting \- Responsible for pre-project mandates (drafting with clients) \- Responsible for the transmission of mandates at the kick off of projects \- Elaboration and updating of mandates Training / Technical skills \- Tertiary training (ES, HES, UNI, EPF) in technical or administrative fields \- Skills in project management, planning and reporting \- Holder of basic training or experience in the railway field \- If possible, in-depth knowledge of DE-OCF and standards relating to railways \- Acute sense of responsibility and high sensitivity to safety issues \- Beneficiary of a category B driving license
