As a municipal wastewater treatment plant and industrial wastewater treatment plant and in sewage sludge recycling, erzo ARA has established an excellent reputation and is known as a sustainable and secure employer. On behalf of the management, we are looking for an independent, conscientious and team-oriented personality (m/f) to strengthen the ARA team as of 1.1.2027. Your tasks Process control and maintenance: You operate the plant using a process control system and carry out maintenance, repair and cleaning work on plants and facilities. Surrounding area work: You ensure well-kept outdoor areas and take over snow removal. Fault rectification: You handle malfunctions professionally and carry out the necessary measurements. Plant operation: You take on ARA-specific tasks, including in the area of special structures. Picket service: Together with the team, you ensure the reliable operation of the plants outside of regular working hours. Public relations: You conduct plant tours and information events for schools as well as other interested organizations. Your profile Basic training: You have completed mechanical vocational training. Professional qualification: Further training as a Swiss Federal Diploma Wastewater Treatment Plant Specialist (m/f) is an advantage. Process engineering: Ideally, you bring further training in process engineering or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have experience in a wastewater treatment plant or a comparable large-scale plant with process engineering processes or have previously worked as an operating mechanic. Personality: You are assertive, flexible and solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
