For our store in Schönenwerd, we are looking for a sales advisor (m/f/d).

You impress your customers and colleagues with your friendly and competent attitude. You identify with our brand and are communicative, team-oriented, and reliable. Ideally, you have already acquired experience in fashion sales and convey your enthusiasm during service-oriented advice.

Your missions:

• Represent our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Sell our collections with competence
• Ensure the follow-up and development of loyal and new customers
• Work autonomously within your sales team
• Collaborate with the VM team and participate in the presentation of merchandise
• Use our omnichannel systems
• Perform cashier operations and handle complaints

What we expect from you:

• Ideally initial experience in textile retail
• A strong affinity for sales
• Enjoyment in using digital tools
• A motivating, confident personality as well as social skills
• Team spirit and a pragmatic mentality
• Good knowledge of English
