Job Description In this exciting position, you will take on the function of Junior Product Manager for defined product series. From the very beginning, you will be integrated into the management of our holistic product lifecycle and will gradually take on responsibility for your own portfolio. Your tasks in detail: Product & Portfolio Responsibility: You will actively drive the success of your product lines, act as a competent contact person for your portfolio, and support sales with technical inquiries. Independent (Partial) Project Management: You will gradually take on independent management of smaller projects (e.g., the coordination of product changes, country-specific product launches, or the creation of new demo kits for sales) and ensure their success in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines. User-Centered Innovation: Through the analysis of customer feedback and the recognition of user needs (User Experience / UX), you will formulate innovative product and solution concepts. Market & Competitor Observation: You will develop a deep understanding of our global target markets, target groups, and competitors in order to derive strategic recommendations for action. KPI Analysis & Reporting: You will create well-founded market and potential analyses, evaluate relevant KPIs, and independently present your results in the corresponding specialist committees. Data Management: You will ensure the high quality and maintenance of product-relevant master data in our systems in order to provide the communications department and sales with optimal sales documents. In the second phase, you continue to work part-time parallel to your Master's studies. This allows you to deepen your knowledge and be optimally prepared for entry into professional life after your studies.
