Private Equity Internship

The Private Equity Internship at CONSTELLATION CAPITAL gives you the opportunity to actively support our investment team in the identification and development of new investment opportunities. You will work in a small team with flat hierarchies and gain deep insight into the private equity world.

During your internship, you will take on responsibility for your own projects from day one, can work independently, and will be supervised by a mentor who reflects on your experiences and gives you valuable impulses for your professional and personal development.

The following activities will be part of your new role:

• Independent analysis of potential target markets and industries
• Financial analysis and modeling of target companies
• Active support of the investment team in the execution of transactions as well as in operational activities in portfolio management
• Creation of investor and entrepreneur presentations
• Co-shaping the strategic development of portfolio companies
• Bachelor's studies (at least in the 4th semester) or Master's studies with a commercial, technical, or scientific background
• Initial practical experience in the field of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, or auditing
• Experience in dealing with balance sheets, income statements, and company valuations
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial mindset and independent way of working
• Affinity for medium-sized companies and high commitment to performance
• Business fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Place of work: Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland
• Duration: 6 months
