Experienced Quality Controller (M/F)

Your mission: • Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks on watch supplies at various stages of production (machining, assembly, etc.) • Use usual and specific measuring instruments (gauging, optical measurement, etc.) • Record control results and ensure rigorous follow-up (MSP, detailed reports, traceability) • Enter data into our ERP and ensure compliance of parts according to aesthetic and dimensional requirements • Collaborate with production workshops and actively participate in continuous improvement Your profile: • Key competence: You have significant experience in quality control, ideally in the watch or microtechnology sector, and master measuring instruments as well as demanding aesthetic criteria. • Methodical, rigorous, autonomous and with excellent visual acuity • Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and taste for well-done work • Relational ease with production teams and ability to communicate with diplomacy • At ease with computer tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
