At the interface between customers and software development, you act as a translator – you speak the language of the users as well as that of the technology! Stadt Bern, partly in home office or at the customers' sites (primarily German-speaking Switzerland) Immediately or by arrangement 80-100% Permanent Your job • You capture the business requirements of the customers within the framework of workshops • Subsequently, you translate the requirements into technical specifications and user stories • You lead and accompany the customers through the entire process of finding solutions • In doing so, you have the overall technical responsibility for the solution design of the software • You actively contribute to the integration of data flows and interfaces between the systems In addition • you give presentations to the stakeholders about the current results • you are responsible for the timely provision of the deliverables • you have the responsibility for technical risk management • you conduct training sessions for the users Your profile • Completed education/further training in computer science or business informatics (HF, FH, Uni or comparable) • Several years of demonstrable experience in requirements engineering in a software development environment is required • You bring a very good technical understanding of software development processes • Further training and/or certifications in requirements engineering are an advantage • Experience in modeling relational data models completes your profile positively • Very good German skills (Level C1) are mandatory.
