Team Leader in Diagnostics Biel

What you can achieve.

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team of six diagnosticians as well as ensuring efficient vehicle diagnostics at the Biel location in compliance with applicable safety regulations.
• In addition to the leadership task, you actively support your team on-site and independently undertake diagnostic and fault interventions on the vehicle. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the safe availability of vehicles and systems.
• The deployment planning and time management of your team are your responsibility. In doing so, you ensure the planned personnel availability at the location.
• You are also responsible for the office and site infrastructure and guarantee its appropriate use as well as smooth operation.
• In close cooperation with Helpdesk, maintenance, operations, and other partners, you develop sustainable solutions to increase the safety, availability, and reliability of the vehicle fleet.
• Through the analysis of fault patterns and key figures, you identify optimization potential and accompany technical innovations as well as digitalization projects in the field of vehicle diagnostics.

What you bring with you.

• You bring leadership experience in a technical environment or possess the potential and motivation to specifically develop yourself into a leadership role.
• You communicate complex technical contexts understandably, make well-founded decisions, and can justify them in a comprehensible manner.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, or technical support of vehicles is an advantage.
• You bring the willingness to perform assignments partly in shift operation as well as at night and on weekends.
• You have completed basic technical training, for example as a mechatronics technician, automation technician, electrician, or in a comparable technical profession.
• Very good German or French skills (at least C1) characterize you; in the respective other language, you communicate confidently at level B2.
