Your tasks ## • Operative management of the workshop • Responsibility for the organization and control of the workshop as well as for the technical and timely processing of orders according to specifications • Semi-productive work in the workshop with a focus on mechanical and electronic diagnostics • Management of the workshop based on relevant key figures as well as responsibility for achieving quality and performance goals • Technical and personnel leadership of the workshop team (3 employees and 2 apprentices) incl. active support of the apprentices in their training as well as promotion of the further development of the entire workshop team • Independent processing and solving of technically demanding special cases • Active technical support of the team during complex mechanical and electronic diagnostic and repair work • Close cooperation with customer service, spare parts warehouse and internal interfaces • Carrying out quality controls of the performed work Your profile ## • Completed training as an Automotive Diagnostician or trained Automotive Mechatronics Technician in ongoing training to become an Automotive Diagnostician • Initial leadership experience in the workshop environment or willingness to take the step into a leadership role (e.g. as deputy workshop manager, team leader or workshop coordinator) • High technical competence, strong awareness of quality and enjoyment of complex diagnostics • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Motivation to develop professionally as well as as a leader and to bear responsibility • Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and developing a team technically and personally • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as schedule and cost awareness • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license Cat.
