Vidinext AG, currently located in Zug, is looking for a German-speaking, detail-oriented accountant for a part-time remote engagement (20 hours/week).

The position handles the financial administration of two Swiss media technology companies listed on the FSE (one holding company and one local operating subsidiary).

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with local GAAP accounting standards and IFRS requirements, processing invoices and payments, payroll management, overseeing VAT compliance (including EU OSS obligations) and other legal requirements, assisting in the preparation of the annual closing and acting as the local contact for Swiss auditors, as well as reporting to the CFO in Germany.

Familiarity with intercompany transactions and reporting obligations of listed companies is an advantage. Proficiency in German is essential; professional competence in English is required. Experience with Abacus accounting software would be an asset. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary.
