Your tasks Depending on experience and training, you will take over, among other things: \- Heating and service charge settlements \- Work in property accounting, account reconciliations. \- Assistance with annual financial statements, administrative work for rental properties. \- Assistance with the administration of condominium ownership (STWEG) correspondence with tenants, owners, tradespeople and caretakers. \- General administrative and organizational tasks Everyday work includes both more demanding tasks as well as recurring routine work. Since we work in a small team, we support each other and also take on tasks outside of one's own focus area if required.
