As part of a specific reinforcement of the support for two TSA residents at the Centres de Jour, we are looking for

Social Educators in reinforcement (M/F) at 80% to 100% on CDD

Your missions and responsibilities:

• Ensure individualized support adapted to the specific needs of two residents
• Implement and ensure the follow-up of their individualized projects
• Accompany residents in daily activities
• Observe, analyze, and adjust the modalities of support in collaboration with the team
• Contribute to a secure, structuring, and benevolent framework
• Actively participate in the team dynamics within the framework of multidisciplinary work.

Your ideal profile:

• Diploma as an educator from a recognized social school or holder of a CFC of ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability
• Ease in supporting people presenting specific needs
• Good observation, adaptation, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Autonomy, reliability, and sense of responsibility.

Duration: fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026

These positions currently benefit from specific funding guaranteed until 31 December 2026.

A continuation of the collaboration may be considered depending on the renewal of this funding and the needs of the institution.
