Your tasks:

Technical and personnel leadership of a small AVOR team
Planning, coordination, and control of ongoing production orders
Support for the various production areas as well as the training workshop
Ensuring economic and timely production planning
Creation of precise quotations and pre-calculations for demanding contract manufacturing projects
Carrying out post-calculations and deriving suitable optimization measures
Continuous improvement of economic efficiency and profitability
Accompanying and coordinating customer projects in contract manufacturing
Further development of modern production technologies and production processes
Promotion of automation, multi-station operation, and unmanned manufacturing
Initiating and managing continuous improvement projects
Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers, and other project partners
Your profile:

Completed training in the field of food, marketing, communication, or a comparable specialty
Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in Product Management or digital marketing
Ideally experience in the food industry as well as in the FMCG or B2B2C environment
Experience in product and lifecycle management
Affinity for social media, e-commerce, and digital tools
Confident handling of MS Office
Knowledge of ERP, CMS, or shop systems is an advantage
Creative, structured, and independent way of working
Strong communication personality with a pronounced sense for trends and consumer needs
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
