Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, organize necessary resources, and anticipate material and personnel needs
• Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and suppliers throughout the projects
• Participate in the development of employees and ensure close supervision on construction sites
• Guarantee the application of legal requirements, safety rules, and company standards
• Take charge of the overall management of technical projects, from the initial study to the closure of the works
• Ensure the management of documents, site reports, and administrative follow-up related to projects
• Control the quality of achievements and intervene quickly in case of unforeseen events or modifications
• Supervise the progress of works and ensure efficient management of costs and deadlines
• Lead and coordinate internal teams as well as various external stakeholders

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in the field of electricity; higher education or a federal master's degree is an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, site management, or a similar function
• Solid skills in management, coordination, and project follow-up
• Proven ability to lead a team and to make decisions autonomously
• Comfortable with common IT tools and management software
• Practical spirit, sense of responsibility, and orientation towards finding solutions
• Very good command of French; knowledge of another language is a plus
