Ittigen and Bern (and home office) | 100-100% Your contribution <br /> • Redesign, build, and lead a competence center for web communication and audiovisual production • Ensure services for the seven federal offices and the General Secretariat and manage resources as needed • Develop and enforce strategies, concepts, and standards for web and audiovisual production in digital communication • Represent the Department in cross-cutting committees and work with the communication managers of the offices • Drive innovations, especially in the use of artificial intelligence in communication • Promote employees and build a shared understanding of quality <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) in digital or audiovisual media, multimedia, communication, or equivalent qualification • Proven leadership experience, ideally in build-up or transformation projects • Sound knowledge of digital communication: web communication, content management systems, social media, audiovisual production • Experience in dealing with different, sometimes competing stakeholders • Experience in accompanying and communicating change processes • Experience in the build-up or management of shared service units (advantageous) • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell You help shape the establishment of a department-wide center for digital communication from the beginning and influence its orientation.
