Project Manager Architecture, 80-100% for a demanding, cooperative residential construction project for the renewal of the Hirschwiese residential settlement The ARGE PASTA MISTA is looking for a dedicated person with the competence for the project management of a large residential construction project for the planning and implementation of the renewal of the Hirschwiese residential settlement in the city of Zürich starting from mid-2026 or by arrangement. The project - PASTA MISTA - densifies the Hirschwiese settlement from the 1950s through the vertical expansion and extension of existing buildings as well as through punctual replacement new buildings. The task combines the careful handling of existing building fabric, the coordination of a large planning team, and the development of a future-oriented cooperative living environment. We - the ARGE PASTA MISTA - are the association of Studio SCHLOO and studio franz und coco, who together plan and execute the project for the renewal of the Hirschwiese residential settlement. For the further planning and implementation, we are looking for a person who holds the threads together, keeps an eye on the big picture, and organizes the coordination of the team. What you bring with you Experience as a Project Manager; ideally in non-profit residential construction or in the Zürich context. a communication talent with joy in coordination and independent working.
