These tasks await you

• Preparing the restaurant Schwiizer Stube
• Setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet
• Friendly receiving, seating, and looking after guests
• Placing orders
• Close cooperation with the breakfast kitchen team
• Daily creation of mise en place
• Ordering required materials
• Collecting and passing on information and guest needs to the respective interfaces
• General cleaning work according to HACCP specifications
• Working according to operational standards
• Setting the tables according to occupancy & specification

• Professional experience in the service area is an advantage
• Clean, efficient, and guest-oriented way of working
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Fluent German skills, other languages an advantage
• Readiness for shifts on weekends and public holidays
