June 2026 or by arrangement, we are expanding our team and look forward to a motivated and committed ICT Procurement Manager 80-100% Who are we? As a young company, we are growing steadily. Our owners are the Confederation, Digitale Verwaltung Schweiz (DVS), all Cantons and numerous municipalities. We enable joint digital government services by introducing and operating ICT applications for our owners and conducting joint procurement projects. Services such as software development, Managed IT services, hosting and security are sourced from the market. We understand joint action and digitalization as an opportunity for a modern public administration. What do you achieve? You lead demanding procurement projects for our clients from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract and the procurement of services. With your winning manner, you convince participation in procurement communities and advise the requesting departments thoroughly in all phases of the procedure. Your tasks: Independent implementation of public procurements in the ICT environment in compliance with BöB/VöB/IVöB – you confidently advise our clients as a project manager and lead the procurement projects to success Creation of legally compliant tender documents, reports, decrees and templates at a high quality level Planning and accompanying procurement projects that are implemented by external project managers Advising the requesting departments on the procurement of services via existing framework agreements Supplier and contract management for completed submissions Coordinating and leading information events and workshops on the individual procurement projects Through your years of experience, your technical expertise and your routine from a variety of public procurement projects, you lead our procurements confidently. In doing so, you bring your structured way of working, your know-how in procurement law and your skills in stakeholder management. Your profile: Several years of experience in public procurements in the ICT sector in a management function.
