We are looking for a real estate accountant (60–100%) to temporarily strengthen our finance team starting immediately or by arrangement until approx. July 2027. Your main tasks include: Independent management of various real estate accounts Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the Code of Obligations, including reporting and analysis to the group Recording of bank transactions and ensuring cash management Coding and recording of accounts payable Handling accounts receivable management including provisions and dunning processes Preparation of heating and service charge statements in cooperation with real estate management Preparation of VAT returns and reconciliations You bring the following requirements: Successfully completed commercial basic training as well as further education(s) in the finance sector Several years of experience in managing real estate accounts as well as good knowledge of the real estate industry High digital affinity and sound IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Garaio REM) Responsible personality, precise way of working, high reliability, flexible team player with a high service orientation Very good oral and written expression in German We offer you an interesting and responsible activity in a collegial and dynamic team.
