Senior Controller 80-100% (a)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and analytically strong personality as Senior Controller 80-100-% (a). In this role, you will work closely with the executive management as well as with management and production. You will make a direct contribution to the financial control and further development of the company.

Tasks

• Close cooperation with the executive management, management, and production
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements as well as with budget and investment planning
• Analysis of productivity, yield, and profitability
• Execution of plan/actual comparisons as a basis for decision-making
• Identification of deviations, analysis of causes, and development of improvement measures
• Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of central key performance indicators (KPIs)

Profile

• Completed studies in the field of finance or controlling (FH/University) or equivalent further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or in the finance sector
• Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Very good German skills, good English skills; further languages are an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as with reporting tools such as Power BI
