Zuger Kantonsspital is at the service of the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1-200 employees, 180 of whom are in initial and further training, are active in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. More than 27'500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

In addition to high medical and nursing competencies, we also offer our patients modern and versatile hotel services.

In the cleaning department, we are looking for a Group Leader Housekeeping 80 - 100 % (m/f) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks ##

• Active cooperation in the team and ensuring cleanliness and order in the various departments and rooms
• Planning and coordination of general workflows and intermediate cleanings
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations
• Administrative tasks (duty scheduling, ordering cleaning agents, reviewing workflows)
• Conducting qualification interviews in cooperation with the Housekeeping Management
• Induction and training of employees

Your profile ##

• Training as Fachfrau Hauswirtschaft EFZ or Gebäudereiniger EFZ
• Experience in the field of housekeeping/cleaning as well as in employee leadership
• Team player and customer-oriented personality with healthy assertiveness
• High motivation and commitment, also for weekend shifts (weekend allowance)
• Mandatory good oral and written German skills
