On behalf of our client, a Swiss group recognized in the health sector, based in Genève, we are looking for an Accountant at 100% for a temporary mission of 3 to 6 months, followed by a permanent contract (Try & Hire).

You will take charge of the accounting for several companies within the group and contribute to the reliability of financial information as well as the smooth running of accounting operations.

Entry into service is desired immediately or to be agreed upon.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure the complete maintenance of the general accounting for several companies
• You establish the quarterly closings and ensure the monitoring of accounts
• You control supplier and customer invoices, as well as bank entries
• You perform bank reconciliations, VAT statements, and intercompany re-invoicing
• You manage currencies and exchange rates, and participate in the calculation of ICC and IFD taxes
• You complete the necessary administrative forms and occasionally make trips to the various group sites

You offer your new employer

• You hold a Brevet fédéral or an equivalent training in accounting
• You justify 3 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary or in a multi-company environment in Switzerland
• You master an accounting ERP as well as e-banking tools; mastery of Abacus is an asset
• You are recognized for your rigor, your precision, and your acute sense of confidentiality
• You are autonomous, organized, flexible, and capable of effectively managing priorities
• You have a good team spirit and are solution-oriented
