Fashion Advisor 20% (on an hourly basis)

As a Fashion Advisor, you play a key role in our mission to inspire people through our passion for fashion and to express their individual personality. Your most important task is to delight our customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and a first-class shopping experience.

To complement our successful team in the PKZ WOMEN Bern branch, we are looking for a committed individual as a Fashion Advisor 20% (on an hourly basis) starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

What you will achieve:

• You provide our customers with a professional and high-level service
• You competently advise our customers when purchasing high-quality women's fashion
• You are a good host and live this attitude daily on the sales floor
• You help to acquire new regular customers and maintain existing customer relationships in the long term
• You operate the cash register, including cash closure
• You support us in merchandise processing as well as in Visual Merchandising
• You undertake minor alteration work, take measurements, and professionally pin garments
• Flexible assignments according to the deployment plan
• Support during seasonal evening events (approx. 4 times per season from ... to ...)
• During holiday periods, there is the possibility to take on additional assignments

What defines you:

• Ideally, you have training or professional experience in the textile, fashion, or retail industry
• You bring experience in advising on high-quality women's fashion
• You have knowledge in the areas of alterations, pinning, and fit consultation
• You are a committed, service-oriented, and sales-strong personality
• You work independently, reliably, and are flexibly deployable
• You have very good oral German skills; understanding Swiss German is mandatory
• Good oral French skills are mandatory and English skills are an advantage
