For more than 15 years, Isoleco has been insulating houses and buildings throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Based in Grancy, our teams install high-performance and often natural insulators, such as cellulose wadding made from recycled paper, in attics, roofs, or double walls. Concrete work, in service of the energy transition.

Are you an experienced applicator, do you love work well done and do you know how to lead a small team with you? This position is made for you. Here, you spend your days on the construction site: you install, and you coordinate your team by leading by example.

What you will do

• You apply insulation in attics, roofs, and double walls, daily on the construction site
• You coordinate a team of 2 to 3 people: morning briefing, task distribution, transmission of correct techniques
• You read plans, control the quality of installation, and resolve technical problems on site
• You manage the material on the construction site, from ordering to delivery, as well as the vehicle
• You are Isoleco's contact person on the construction site facing the client, the architect, and the works management
• You ensure compliance with Suva rules and train new colleagues
• At the end of the day, you fill out site reports, hour reports, and service vouchers

Who you are

• You are a person of the field: you like installing, not just supervising
• You are a CFC carpenter or have an equivalent training, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in insulation
• You master all types of insulation and you know how to read a plan
• You have already coordinated a team on a construction site
• You lead by example: reactive, organized, and rigorous, including with paperwork
• Physical work, at heights or in attics, does not scare you
• You are comfortable with clients, architects, and works management
• Permit G or B mandatory, perfect mastery of French
• You hold a category B driving license (BE is an asset)
