Job Description ## Become part of our production team and support us in 2- or 3-shift operation in the production of high-quality flexible abrasives. The following tasks await you: • Ensuring a smooth production process and executing production orders according to specified quality and safety standards • Independently loading, operating, and setting up our modern production facilities • Monitoring product quality during the entire manufacturing process and identifying potential defects. • Carrying out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work on the facilities • Recording production data, booking used raw materials, and completing orders in our system. Qualifications ## • Completed technical training, ideally as a facility manager EFZ or in a comparable technical profession. • Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment. • Basic PC skills and experience with digital production systems. • SUVA-recognized forklift license (R1/R2, S1-S3) • Good German language skills in writing and speaking. • Reliable, quality-conscious, and independent working method. • High stress tolerance, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts.
