Real Estate Accountant 80-100% (all)

For our client in Zollikon, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious real estate accountant (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independent management of the financial accounting of several companies in Abacus
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as monitoring liquidity
• Administration and reconciliation of loans, interest, amortizations, and intercompany accounts
• Creation of financial overviews and evaluations for the ownership
• Coordination and contact person for trustees, tax advisors, banks, and other external specialist bodies
• Preparation of documents for taxes, closings, and audits as well as support for tax-related issues
• Reconciliation of financial data with external real estate managers and real estate accountants
• Further development and optimization of internal finance and accounting processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and federal diploma in finance and accounting
• at least 5 years of professional experience as an accountant in the real estate sector, as well as in the management of several companies
• Confident handling of financial statements, intercompany matters, loans, and financing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
