YOUR TASKS

• Management of the anesthesia nursing team with direct leadership and promotion of around 30 employees at the St. Gallen location
• Economic management of the department as well as qualification-based personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation in the OR as well as coherent interfaces
• Co-responsibility for the development and control of the required safety and quality standards
• Co-responsibility in the further education of Dipl. Expert*innen Anästhesiepflege NDS HF
• Participation as a specialist in anesthesia nursing in the customer-oriented professional care of our patients

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Expertin / Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS HF with several years of professional and leadership experience
• Management further education, preferably CAS Leadership level, or the willingness to complete it
• Hands-on mentality with the willingness to embrace changes and carry them together with the team
• You are an independent, resilient, and responsible personality with high professional and social competence
• Strong organizational and communication skills, good assertiveness, as well as proficient in handling MS-Office and clinic information systems
