Your core tasks:

• Leadership of a team of 20-.25 employees
• Responsibility for future-oriented corporate management - sustainable, economical and employee-oriented
• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
• Creation of offers
• Support of exciting projects

What you bring with you:

• Several years of activity in the timber construction sector
• Leadership experience and excellent business administration knowledge
• Strong doer mentality, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting
• Efficient way of working, resilience and flexibility
• Good team management skills, high communication skills, empathy and natural authority
• Enthusiasm and joy in work
• Good networking in the greater Bern area is an advantage
