The accompaniment of the clients includes daily contacts, everyday support, individual and site discussions as well as crisis interventions if necessary. In the accompanied living, a team of three is present during office hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional planned evening presence and availability for crisis interventions on weekends may be added. You have a completed education in the psychiatric field or in social work/social pedagogy and experience in dealing with people with mental and/or addiction problems. You appreciate responsibility and work well both in a team and independently. Administration, reporting and numbers are no problem for you, just like keeping order in the living rooms if necessary.
