Your role with us Overall responsibility for the operational management of the Watch Service Atelier in Luzern with a focus on quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines Control and optimization of processes, resources, and workflows to achieve defined KPI goals Ensuring and continuous further development of quality standards as well as quality control processes Professional and personnel leadership, coaching, and further development of the workshop team Promotion of a performance-oriented, collaborative, and continuously learning team culture Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as international service centers to implement global standards and best practices What you bring with you Completed training as a Watchmaker EFZ with specialization in Rhabillage or industrial watchmaking Several years of professional experience in the service of watches, ideally supplemented by leadership experience Further training in the area of leadership, management, or business administration is an advantage Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a structured and analytical way of working High quality orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and experience in working with different teams and cultures Hands-on mentality, resilience, as well as a team-oriented personality with a focus on sustainable results and continuous further development Very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus Why work at Bucherer?
