kitchen assistant (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, chopping fruit and vegetables, ...)
• support for simple dishes (help in creating sauces, side dishes, salads,..)
• cleaning and order (washing utensils, sanitizing work surfaces and maintaining order in the kitchen and pantries)
• stock control

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• good physical condition
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license Cat. B
• having your own car

Employment details:

• workplace Gordola
• degree of employment at 50-70%
• employment start immediately
• type of contract permanent
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
