The Netzwerk Schoenfels offers a comprehensive range of services for children, adolescents and young adults of all genders aged 6 to 22 from all over Switzerland who are temporarily or long-term in need of special support. This includes three residential groups, two school offerings and supervised living forms for young adults at the Interlaken/Unterseen location as well as a network of partner families in Switzerland and France.

To strengthen and relieve our team in the residential group Casa, we are creating a new position. We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Pedagogical Staff WG Casa 70-90% ##

The residential group Casa has 10 residential places for adolescents aged between 13 to 16 years.

Your tasks: ###

• Care and pedagogical promotion of adolescents aged 13 to 16 years
• Planning, organization and implementation of activities, projects and group events
• Individual guidance and support of the children in their personal and social development
• Documentation of development processes and relevant observations
• Active collaboration in the team as well as participation in team meetings and professional exchange
