Workshop Manager

You keep our technology running and are the strong backup for our construction site team! Workshop Manager Your core tasks • Independent diagnosis & repairs: You carry out overhauls, repairs as well as service and maintenance work on construction machinery, small equipment and vehicles. • Organization & spare parts management: You plan, coordinate and procure required spare parts and ensure smooth processes. • Mechanical work & construction site support: You undertake mechanical repairs as well as occasional maintenance assignments directly on our construction sites. • Technical advice: You support internal contact persons, undertake service reception and conduct simple customer conversations. • Locksmithing work: Welding, drilling, cutting – minor metalwork is also part of your everyday life. • Vehicle fleet (optional): If suitable, you look after our vehicle fleet incl. preparation for demonstrations at the Strassenverkehrsamt. • Depot support: If required, you help out in the depot operations. Technical responsibility: You are the contact person and are responsible for the entire workshop. What you bring with you • Completed basic technical training in the vehicle sector (e.g. agricultural machinery, construction machinery or small equipment mechanic) • Professional experience in a similar function and enjoyment of independent work • Advantageous: Knowledge in electrical engineering, hydraulics or the automotive industry Team-oriented, reliable personality with high initiative • Good physical condition • Driving license Kat.
