We are a consulting company headquartered in Limmattal that supports people in vocational integration and rehabilitation on behalf of social and private insurers, corporate clients, municipalities, and private individuals. Our clients include highly qualified individuals, executives, young people, clients in complex situations (mental or physical illnesses) as well as clients with a migration background.  To expand our team, we are looking for the Aarau location, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Job Coach / Integration Consultant (Migration) ## 60 - 100% Your tasks • Conducting consulting mandates in the area of vocational integration of persons with a flight/migration background • Carrying out application and job coachings • Active job placement (direct acquisition in the primary labor market) • Placement of trial internships and training positions • Expansion and maintenance of the employer network • Reporting (including assessment and final reports) Your profile • Bachelor in Social Work or at least 5 years of proven industry-specific work experience with the target group in vocational integration, economic social assistance, or from the asylum sector • Sound professional experience in vocational integration • Business fluent German and English skills in a consulting environment; further foreign language skills desirable • Very good PC user skills • Willingness to work in Aarau or at the headquarters in Schlieren to manage corresponding mandates on-site • High social competence, flexibility, resilience • Teamwork skills, assertiveness, negotiation skills • Independent, pragmatic way of working; willing to go the "extra mile" for our clients and customers Your perspectives • Versatile, challenging, and meaningful work • Responsible activity with very high independence in a dedicated, motivated team • Open working atmosphere, modern infrastructure • Flexible working hours (hybrid work possible) • Good continuing education conditions More information about us and our work can be found at www.fokusarbeit.ch .
