Your tasks:

• Independent execution of various maintenance and repair works (flat roof, pitched roof, facade)
• Assistance in our areas of facade, pitched roof and flat roof
• Assistance in the training of apprentices
• Independent planning and organization of maintenance orders as well as small repairs using the internal industry software
• Participation in customer acquisition
• Independent telephone notification and coordination of maintenance and repair appointments
• Responsibility for proper and structured document management as well as seamless filing of forms and contracts

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Roofer EFZ or Tinsmith EFZ (m/f)
• Some years of professional experience in maintenance and repair work
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent and reliable working with personal responsibility
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You are characterized by a structured, punctual and reliable way of working
• You maintain an overview and a cool head even in hectic situations
• Interaction on eye level with all colleagues is a matter of course for you
