Responsibilities Ensure basic and specific care to beneficiaries according to medical prescriptions. Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities while respecting their autonomy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal follow-up of patients. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Ensure clear and benevolent communication with patients and their families. Support of beneficiaries in situations of disability, adult, in daily life gestures and in interventions specific to their personalized project. Qualifications Diploma of Assistant in Community Health Care (ASSC) recognized in Switzerland. Previous experience in a similar position, an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of listening. Ability to work in a team and to manage stressful situations. Mastery of French, any other language is a plus.
