Logistics Specialist EFZ (m/f/d), 80-100%

As a logistics specialist, you ensure the efficient, correct, and timely processing of all warehouse, material flow, and logistics processes. In doing so, you ensure correct stock levels at all times as well as professional and purpose-oriented storage of materials, components, and finished products. With your work, you make an important contribution to smooth production and the punctual delivery to our customers and sales partners.

Your tasks

• Receipt of goods, materials, and components including inspection of deliveries as well as posting of incoming goods in the ERP system
• Ensuring professional storage as well as processing of deviations, quality defects, and returns
• Management of the warehouse, carrying out stock controls and inventories as well as ensuring correct stock levels
• Optimization of storage locations and material flows while ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety regulations
• Picking of bikes, components, spare parts, and accessories as well as timely preparation of national and international deliveries
• Creation and control of shipping documents as well as coordination of deliveries with transport and logistics partners
• Ensuring demand-oriented material supply for production and assembly as well as supporting internal material transports
• Posting of return and residual material and ensuring a transparent material flow
• Active compliance with logistics, quality, safety, and environmental standards as well as participation in the continuous improvement of processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ or EBA
• At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Forklift license (SUVA recognized)
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems (preferably Infor M3 or comparable)
• Good physical condition
• Exact and conscientious way of working
• Flexible and resilient team player who rolls up their sleeves
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
