To reinforce the IT team of one of our clients based in Montreux, we are looking for a
IT Support Specialist / Team Leader M/F
You will ensure operational support (80%) and the supervision of the support team composed of 3 technicians. You have a perfect mastery of infrastructure, workstation, hardware, and business application environments.
Your role will be to guarantee the functioning of the IT park and the best service to users within the strategic line and governance defined by our client.
Missions:
Ensure IT support (workstations, printers, peripherals, smartphones, tablets, meeting rooms) and intervene in case of complex problems
Management of the local infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, backup systems, hardware)
Ensure and supervise the support of specific business applications
Deployment of IT projects decided at the level of the IT management
Drive the management of the IT park hardware lifecycle: reception, inventory, allocation, replacement, return, warranty follow-up and supplier coordination.
Team supervision, definition of objectives, continuous training and schedule monitoring
Profile sought:
Holder of a degree in IT or equivalent
Overall experience of a minimum of 10 years including at least 1 year in a similar position
Mastery of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Modern Desktop / Modern Workplace environments.
Mastery of Azure AD / Entra ID, ideally in a hybrid environment with local Active Directory.
Solid notions in infrastructure: network, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, shares, NTFS rights.
Ability to supervise a technical team on a daily basis
Ability to ensure presentations to members of management
Good communicator, listener, user-oriented, stress resistant
Organizational capacity, autonomous and able to make decisions
English: B2 minimum - International environment
