Legal Counsel

For our client, an internationally active industrial and technology company focusing on highly specialized system solutions, we are looking for reinforcement. The company supplies a worldwide customer base. For the location in Eastern Switzerland, we are supporting the filling of the position as Legal Counsel.

Your tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing and global negotiation of B2B contracts as well as continuous optimization of legal template management.
• Cross-departmental legal advice in day-to-day business (focus areas: contract, commercial, corporate, procurement, and labor law).
• Operational support of compliance processes, data protection law support and conception of internal legal trainings.
• Coordination of external legal advisors at home and abroad

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Swiss legal Master's degree (BLaw/MLaw); a Swiss bar admission is an advantage.
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or in-house in an international industrial or commercial environment.
• Business-fluent German and English at a professional level; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of economic as well as technical contexts paired with a solution-oriented 'hands-on' mentality.
• Affinity for modern working methods and digital legal tools.
