Legal Counsel

For our client, an internationally active industrial and technology company focusing on highly specialized system solutions, we are looking for reinforcement. The company supplies a worldwide clientele. For the location in eastern Switzerland, we are supporting the filling of the position as Legal Counsel. Your tasks: \- Drafting, reviewing and global negotiation of B2B contracts as well as continuous optimization of legal template management. \- Cross-departmental legal advice in day-to-day business (focus areas: contract, commercial, corporate, procurement and employment law). \- Operational support of compliance processes, data protection law support and conception of internal legal trainings. \- Coordination of external legal advisors in Switzerland and abroad Qualifications Your profile: \- Swiss legal Master's degree (BLaw/MLaw); a Swiss attorney license is an advantage. \- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or in-house in an international industrial or commercial environment. \- Business fluent German and English at a professional level; French language skills are a plus. \- Strong understanding of economic as well as technical contexts paired with a solution-oriented 'hands-on' mentality. \- Affinity for modern working methods and digital legal tools.
