On behalf of a recognized company in the construction sector, we are looking for a Construction Estimator to strengthen a technical team active on various building and civil engineering projects.

Mission :

• Study tender documents and analyze the technical aspects of projects.
• Establish cost calculations and price studies.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Consult suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Participate in the development of technical solutions and execution variants.
• Compile submission files.
• Ensure the follow-up of offers until their award.
• Collaborate closely with the works teams and management.

Profile
----------

• Technical training in the field of construction (ES Technician, Site Manager, Engineer, or equivalent training).
• Proven experience in a similar function in Switzerland.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and sector regulations.
• Excellent command of standard IT tools.
• Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization.
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
• Fluent French; German is an asset.
